Candidate Forum: Bar Harbor Town Council

The League of Women Voters - Downeast, together with the Mount Desert Islander, is hosting a candidate forum for Bar Harbor Town Council. This event will feature all six candidates: Michael Boland, Gary Friedmann, Joseph Minutolo, Charles Sidman, Nina St.Germain, and Nathan Young. The forum will be  moderated by Jill Goldthwait

The event will be held via Zoom webinar from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.  The forum will also be live streamed on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/LWVME. A video recording of the session will be posted to the archive on the League's website. 

Residents are urged to attend the webinar and learn how the candidates will deal with the important issues facing Bar Harbor. There will be an opportunity for the audience to submit their own questions using the Zoom Q & A function to be presented by the moderator. In order to participate in the Q & A portion of the event, people are encouraged to register for the webinar at www.lwvme.org/Events.  Questions for the candidates may also be submitted in advance by email at downeast@lwvme.org. The forum will be moderated by Jill Goldthwait. This event is sponsored by the Mount Desert Islander and the League of Women Voters Downeast.
